Psychology has interested me since I was 16 years old, when I read Carl Rogers’ book On Becoming a Person. In college I volunteered at a local crises line and confirmed that clinical work was my dream job. My dedication to the field led me to graduate school and eventually private practice. I am truly grateful to do such meaningful work, and I am appreciative of my couples and clients who invite me to travel with them on their journey of personal growth and healing.
In my 30’s I faced an ongoing health concern. Through exploring various modalities including acupuncture and yoga, I came to embrace a holistic approach to wellness. Many of the practices I’ve learned can be shared with clients, where appropriate. These mind-body approaches include: meditation, yoga, guided imagery, mindfulness based exercises, and journal writing. I firmly believe your thoughts, emotions and lifestyle can be used to promote overall well-being.
Having a close, trusting relationship with your partner is also important to emotional balance. I have acquired skills and experience in PACT couple therapy that can assist you in living your best life.

My office is located at 211 West Myrtle St, Suite 204, Fort Collins, CO 80521. There is parking behind the building or on the street. Clients can enter through the front door (my office is upstairs on the left) or through the parking lot door on the ground floor.

My normal office hours are Monday 12:00 – 6:30 PM; Tuesday 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM; and Wednesday 12:00 – 6:30 PM. Other hours are by special prior arrangement.
