Need to de-stress? Try this Legs Up the Wall pose: Place your mat or blanket on the floor coming away from a wall. Sit parallel to the wall, then lie back and rest your legs on the wall. Your legs can be parallel or you can bring your legs into a V position. Bring your arms alongside your torso, with palms up. Slow down your breathing. Place an eye bag across your eyes to become more deeply relaxed. Stay here for 5-15 minutes. When you’re ready to come up, roll to one side for a few more breaths, then come to a sitting position. Welcome your lighter self back into the world.
